Yoga

The aim of the yoga class is to create a balance to the intensive workouts of CrossFit.

With the help of breathing techniques, the classes help to strengthen the nervous system and ideally oxygenate the body, strengthen the inner muscles, promote flexibility through gentle stretching and mobilization and reduce tension in the muscles.

 We train mindfulness for our own body, give our thoughts a break and recharge our batteries. An ideal booster to start the day.

The yoga class is led by Mona at CrossFit Bern Vidmar. If you are looking for a balance to your hectic everyday life, this is the right place for you.
