Conditions for pausing a subscription
In certain cases, membership may be broken with credit for the interrupted period. The decision on the break lies within the legal framework of CrossFit Bern GmbH, Bern. Applications for the break may be submitted in the form specified by CrossFit Bern GmbH, Bern in the following cases:
- For holiday absences of 7 days or more. No more than 5 weeks of holiday per year (annual subscription period) can be claimed.
- For subscriptions with a term of 3 or 6 months, CrossFit Bern GmbH, Bern, will not grant more than 2 or 3 weeks of subscription pause, respectively.
- In the event of illness or injury lasting 7 days or more, and only upon submission of appropriate medical certificates.
- In the event of pregnancy, upon submission of a corresponding medical certificate.
- In the event of military service, only upon submission of a corresponding marching order.
- Only subscription breaks requested no later than one month after the absence will be considered.
- Subscription breaks will only be considered for current subscriptions. All holiday and absence entitlements expire upon expiry of a subscription. A subscription break does not entitle the subscriber to defer payment. Instalment payments for subscriptions are also due during a subscription break and must be paid on time in accordance with the contractual agreement, even if the service is not used at that time.
