This class consists of a strength or skills section and a WOD (Workout of the Day). The aim is to improve your overall fitness.
Our aim is to build a fitness foundation through functional and varied training that not only supports your general health, but can also be used in a variety of ways in everyday life. We want to help you move better in all life situations, become stronger and feel fitter all round. The training sessions are led by a coach in groups of up to 12 people.
