Children are encouraged to get moving in a playful way
The focus is on having fun trying out different forms of movement and meeting people of the same age. Various movement patterns as well as new skills and abilities are learned and practiced in the group at an age-appropriate intensity. The children playfully learn coordination, balance and what is most important to adults: the joy of movement!
Saturday morning
09.00-10.00 – little bears: 3-6 years old
10.00-11.00 a.m. – big bears: 7-12-year-olds

The courses are led by our competent, trained CrossFit Kids coaches, who have been doing CrossFit themselves for years and who are passionate about passing on this sporting passion to young CrossFitters in a fun way.
