Gymnastics trains the control and coordination of your own body to improve the gymnastic elements in CrossFit.

Gymnastics is an elementary part of the CrossFit training philosophy. This special class focuses on strength, control, coordination and technique of the various gymnastic elements in CrossFit. Whether you want to work on the basics or refine your technique so that you can rush through the WODs more efficiently – you’ll get your money’s worth here.
