The focus is on learning and mastering the two Olympic disciplines: the clean and jerk and the snatch.
Step by step, you will be introduced to the two complex movements of Olympic weightlifting.
We focus on one of the two exercises in blocks of 3 weeks each. The different parts of the movement are considered separately and trained with progressions in order to understand the biomechanical requirements and to be able to implement the exercises as a whole at the end.
