InBody measurement at CrossFit Bern

The InBody measurement provides you with a precise analysis of your body composition. When training at CrossFit Bern, you can measure your strength gains, performance improvements and new skills based on your training results.

The InBody measurement allows you to track changes in your body composition over a training period and see how your body is changing.

How the measurement works

The measurement takes approximately 15 minutes.

  • Stand barefoot on the electrodes.
  • Hold the handles.
  • Stand still.

The active measurement time is around one minute.

After the measurement, you will receive:

  • A printed analysis report.
  • A QR code for direct import into the InBody app.
  • An evaluation with the coach.

What measurements you get with the InBody 270

The InBody measurement provides the following values, among others:

  • Body weight
  • Skeletal muscle mass
  • Body fat mass
  • Body fat percentage
  • BMI
  • Fat-free mass
  • Total body water
  • Extracellular and intracellular water
  • Visceral fat level
  • Segmental muscle distribution
  • Segmental fat distribution
  • Basal metabolic rate (BMR)
  • Phase angle

Progress monitoring and comparison
It makes sense to store all your data in the InBody app. This allows you to:

  • Visualise your progress
  • Compare training phases
  • Objectively evaluate muscle gain, fat loss and changes in body composition
  • Better plan your nutrition and training.

Regular measurements make progress measurable – we recommend a measurement every 3 to 6 months. Measurements should always be taken under the same conditions.
