Intro course

Do you want to build up a sensible and guided training rhythm and get an in-depth introduction to CrossFit training?

Our 4-week intro course is the perfect starting point for getting to know CrossFit and getting into our training safely. With two classes per week – on Tuesdays and Fridays – we introduce you to the basics of CrossFit. You will learn the most important movements, how to perform them correctly and how to make individual adjustments to train safely and effectively. You will also get to know the community and the training principle at CrossFit Bern.

Thanks to the small group size, our experienced coaches can provide you with optimal support and focus on your fitness level. You will be introduced to training at CrossFit Bern step by step.
